If you don’t know what a geothermal power planted Hawaii is it’s basically like a regular plant like react same reactors the same exact reactors you see in Chernobyl but they are geothermal nuclear reactors is very different.

I do appreciate that they all knew sending in men would be an option but because it's a deadly option they are having this conversation - to find a solution that would not endanger men. I've heard that the "Chernobyl Mini - Series" was filmed in the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant in Lithuania. If you look actual photos from Chernobyl, the are completely the same way built. Also if you can find photos from the Control Room in Chernobyl's Unit 4 and then compare them with the movie, it is like they were made with pressing the "Copy - Paste" buttons 😂😂. I am not an expert in Nuclear Power Plants, and there's might be a reason for building them completely the same, but from seeing some photos from other Soviet NPP, I can clearly see the similarities between Chernobyl and Ignalina.

In this moment, Boris understood the real severity of what this exposed reactor is causing plus being there on the ground trying to solve it but is given bubble gum and duct tape to fix it all. Even with the Soviet Union secrecy and unwillingness to tell the real truth Boris needed the correct tools at that time to clean up and fix the disaster zone.

I hope that history knows that there were honorable people doing their best under the circumstances.
